"Francesca's Word Salad" is freshly back home in Wales after her recent tour of the USA from Seattle to New Orleans. Original antifolk containing a mixture of macabre ballads, pathetic stalkery and unrequited love songs, reverse mermaids and zombie firefighters accompanied by her finger-picked guitar. Influences include The Magnetic Fields / Jeffrey Lewis / Amanda Palmer / Sweet Baboo / Divine Comedy / The Burning Hell / Ivor Cutler / Thomas Truax and The Muppets. FWS has performed at large and small music venues across the UK the USA, Malta and Ireland including festivals such as SXSW, Edinburgh Festival, Blue Lagoon, Indietracks, Pop-Up, London Antifolk Winter Festival, Truefest, Hub Cardiff, Wales Goes Pop and Brighton Fringe.
